President Bush said he became suspicious when the big Snow Storm Paralyzed Washington DC on February 17 President's day. He said for a long time he did not trust Mother Nature.

Bush expressed disappointment in his Staff. He said they were unable to pinpoint what country Mother Nature currently resided in. They could not even provide a picture.

The President said" I went on the Internet and found a picture within 10 minutes!"

The President decided to offer a 10 million dollar reward for information leading to the capture of Mother Nature.

So from the Editor, what do you think about Putin not wanting to reform Gazprom?

Boy you gave me an easy one.

 If Putin says he supports reform, to put in in place would take 2 or 3 years. Look how slow the Duma moves. And Gazprom management would slow it down.

Now the Gazprom management will just steal a few 100 million since they are being watched. So actually it is better for Russia to let them steal a little rather than steal the whole company.
